Many people often wonder why is the government so keen on its Look East policy any why is it investing so heavily on east and especially on the North East. The people who have these kinds of doubts in their mind should monitor the exchange if the US dollar over the last year and they are sure to get the idea clear. The message is very clear as far as the markets are concerned that if we are over dependent on the US for all our business we are inviting trouble.

China is ruling the market in this part of the world but we have an advantage over China as far as the product quality is concerned. We still are better in the Information Technology sector as compared to China although they are ruling the hardware markets. Thus the call of the hour is look towards the east and tap the market there before anyone does it.
